THE FARMHOUSE

Caprareccia Bianca is an old stone farmhouse dating back to 1800, finely restored in full respect of the local architecture. The Ancient Romans already appreciated the beauty of the place, in fact a Roman cistern of about 2000 years ago has been brought to light. Until 1900 this manor house was also used to keep goat flocks. The farmhouse is located in the countryside of Casperia, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Sabina, only 60 km from Rome. It overlooks, at an altitude of 600 meters, an uncontaminated green area with olive groves, vineyards, orchards. The property has 3 independent holiday apartments with garden in front and a beautiful private swimming pool in a large park with wonderful panoramic views from the Cimini mountains to the Soratte.

THE FARM

The agritourism farm is ORGANIC and consists of 7 hectares of land, where we cultivate valuable varieties of olive trees, fruit trees (apple, cherry, apricot) and some varieties of vines such as Sangiovese and Malvasia. The farmhouse with the flats reserved for guests offers complete silence and the scent of the aromatic herbs that surround it. Lavender, rosemary, marjoram and sage are at our guests' disposal. Pick them up to cook your favorite dishes, to enjoy under the romantic private gazebo in front of your apartment, ideal for outdoor dinners with spectacular panoramic views and sunsets.

THE SABINA

For your holiday or a weekend in the countryside, you will find, only 60 km from Rome, in Central Italy and
at the border with Umbria, the true relaxation and silence of nature but also beautiful medieval villages and
abbeys to visit. The charming medieval village of Casperia is only 4 km away.

The estate and the farmhouse with swimming pool offer breathtaking panoramic views as far as the
mountain of the Soratte. An enchanted place immersed in greenery, surrounded by trees, olive groves and
vineyards.

WALKS AND EXCURSIONS

Ideal as a starting point for excursions in the nature with a guide, trekking in the Sabine mountains and in
the Farfa torrent, MTB rides. Horse riding, bird watching and canoeing in the Tevere-Farfa Nature Reserve.
